These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Constella.App platform, including any related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). 6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beemo AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beemo AI Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Beemo AI Inc. regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Beemo AI Inc.
Waiver and Severability
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
